The Armed Forces offer Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines several programs to support educational goals — including up to 100% tuition assistance. Funding is typically paid directly to the institution, and our Military Friendly advisors will help you secure approval.
Tuition Assistance is typically available for college courses, vocational training, and certificate courses taken during off-duty hours. Depending on your branch, it may be called Tuition Assistance or COOL — Credentialing Opportunities On-Line.
Each service has its own criteria for eligibility, obligated service, application process, and restrictions. Military members may receive a voucher to share with the school for verification of funding.
