Eligible military spouses may receive up to $4,000 for education, training and credentials that support career growth. Expanded eligibility includes Coast Guard spouses and is no longer restricted by the service member's rank or pay grade.
Spouses of active-duty, National Guard and reserve component service members in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard may qualify. There are no rank or pay grade restrictions.
